CHA - part 8

I will have another blog candy challenge when I get 100 followers!

We've been talking a little bit about the Crafter's Companion scor board on one of the yahoo groups lately. Below are pics from the Crafter's Companion workshop and learning different cards and boxes for our projects. Actually, I ALMOST did not go to this workshop because I thought to myself "I already know how to make cards, and I have the TBBM cricut cart." But then I figured I had nothing better to do at 7 AM on a Friday morning at CHA while Kim was in the Tim Holtz class so why not? I did learn a few things and everyone left with a Crafter's Companion kit (it's ok), sanding tool (I have Tim's), dust cloth (love it!) and tape runner (don't love that one so much).

While we did not make the items shown in the photos below, these are examples of the projects they made using their product with the Core'dinations paper. I recently got in the embossed Core'dinations paper in my store and there is more on the way whenever it gets off of backorder, lol! Of the 20 styles I ordered, 15 came in. Enjoy!:

  1. Oh my gosh, some of these don't even look like cards but more of a puzzle/mind bender. The cards do look amazing the way some pop out or twist or spin. Then there is that.....I don't know what it is but it caught my eye. I love the look of it, it looks like a piece of art work. It is brown/off white and has hearts on it. Looks like it is on top of a box. (8th picture from the bottom). I really love that .....whatever it is.
